Feta & Spinach Omelette Recipe

Looking for inspiration for your next omelette? This is a super simple omelette recipe with feta and spinach.

Omelette Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs
  • Spinach 500g
  • Garlic
  • Feta 250g
  • Olive Oil
  • Kostas Flower of Salt

    How to Make the Omelette

    1. Beat the eggs and add 1/3 teaspoon of Kostas Flower of Salt.
    2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic a little (be careful not to burn it)
    3. Add the Spinach, sprinkle with Kostas Flower of Salt, and let it wilt.
    4. Add a bit more olive oil before pouring the eggs over everything and frying on a medium/low heat.
    5. Once the base is starting to cook and the edges are starting to come away, sprinkle most of the feta over the raw egg on top.
    6. Fold the Omelette in half and cook for a few minutes before flipping it onto the other side.
    7. Cook for another few minutes until the eggs are as done as you like them.
    8. Serve and sprinkle some feta over the top.
    9. Enjoy!
